No Deposit Bonus
18.Subject to Fxcess’Terms of Business and the present Bonus Terms and Conditions each Client (other than a Client excluded in accordance with paragraph 3 above or who does not satisfy the conditions in paragraph 5 above) (an “eligible client”) will be entitled to receive a bonus (the “No DeposiT Bonus”) upon verification of either or boththe Client’s Phone Number7($40)andE-mail ($30), up to a maximum of US$70 (or the equivalent amount in other currencies) per client. Please note that the maximum amount limits referred toin this paragraph shall apply on a per-Client basis and shall in no way be affected by the number of accounts which a Client holds with Fxcess. THE NO DEPOSIT BONUS CANNOT BE CASHED IN and Clients will not be allowed to withdraw from their account(s) the No Deposit Bonus (see paragraph 10 for further details).The No Deposit Bonus will be removed from the Client’s account upon his first withdrawal.
19.The No Deposit Bonus is not available during initial registration and only applies after the Client’s Phone and/or Email verification is complete.
20.The No Deposit Bonus applies only to accounts verified during the period set out in paragraph 3 above and is automatically credited to the Client’s eligible account.
