CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY
1. The Non-Deposit Bonus (herein will be referred to as “STARTUP BONUS”) offer only available to the AximTrade (herein will be referred to as “Company”) verified clients.
2. STARTUP BONUS offer is only available to selected regions as stated in Company website and other Company owned informative channels and for as long as the Company deems to provide it.
3. Company reserves the rights to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, when used in these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the STARTUP BONUS Program, including, without limitation: family members, such as brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants and collateral descendants) person or entity, whom any participant in the STARTUP BONUS Program, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the STARTUP BONUS Program; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by“ and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the STARTUP BONUS Program, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.
4. Clients, who meet the criteria set forth herein are able to receive trading bonuses equal to: i) Designated amount based on region offer in USD of Trading Bonus. ii) To activate and credit the account with STARTUP BONUS, all Eligible Clients need to successfully complete the verification procedure in Member Area.
5. STARTUP BONUS applies only to new clients of the Company and if the Company deems to provide it, to existing customers. Only one STARTUP BONUS bonus account will be provided for one customer per account lifetime.
6. All Eligible Clients are permitted to hold only one (1) STARTUP BONUS account per one (1) unique IP address and device. Multiple registrations or access to MA and trading platform from the same IP or device are not permitted nor do multiple STARTUP BONUS Accounts register with same personal details.
7. STARTUP BONUS Account is available for trading during 14 calendar days since the account was created. Next day, after 14 calendar days, at 01:10 MT4 Server time all open trades on the account will be closed, credit will be deducted and account will be switched into Read Only mode.
8. Profits from trading on STARTUP BONUS account may be withdrawn only after 14 calendar days, when account switched into Read Only mode and credit is deducted, also provided that the trading volume in the relevant trading account reaches the minimum stated standard lots. The number of lots traded can be verified by logging into account under the “Account History” tab or by logging in to Members Area.
9. STARTUP BONUS Account is characterized by 1:500 leverage, 100% margin call level and 50% stop out level. Spread wise, STARTUP BONUS Account equals to a Standard type of account.
GENERAL TERMS
1. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before any bonus is added to the account of an Eligible Client who meets all of the criteria set forth herein.
2. The STARTUP BONUS program applies to all clients who completes their registration with the Company in accordance with the rules set herein and granted bonuses may be used for trading purposes only and bonus amount cannot be withdrawn.
3. Trading bonuses cannot be separately transferred between, or from Eligible Clients’ real trading Accounts with the Company.
4. Company reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion to decline registration of any participant in the STARTUP BONUS program.
5. The Company reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue the offering of this STARTUP BONUS program to any of its clients, without having to explain the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.
6. Clients may opt-out from the STARTUP BONUS program whenever they wish.
7. The Company reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the STARTUP BONUS program or any aspect of it at any time. Taking part in the STARTUP BONUS program constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.
8. Any indication or suspicion, in the Company’s sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant's trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk; or trading activity where majority of trades are reopened in the same trading instrument less than 30 seconds after the trade in the same direction was closed), keeping account completely hedged more, than 50% of the trading time, internal hedging in coordination with other parties or any other form of hedging with the attempt to abusive trading intentions or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will constitute all Transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered as invalid. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) Client’s STARTUP BONUS Account and/or cancel all trades. Please refer to our Client Agreement for more details.
9. In the event that Account becomes dormant, previously awarded trading bonus will be immediately withdrawn from the respective Eligible Clients’ STARTUP BONUS Account with the Company.
10. This promotion may be redeemed only once by any Eligible Client.
11. The STARTUP BONUS program is not applicable for holders of Shares trading account(s).
12. Taking part in the STARTUP BONUS program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, Client Agreement and Partner Agreement as indicated, and all Business Terms and Policies set forth on the Company’s website.
13. If any of STARTUP BONUS program terms were to be translated into a language other than English, then the English version of these terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
